Recipes for Hot Rod Bob’s All Natural Salad Dressings


Classic Greek Salad

Romaine Lettuce
1⁄4 package fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced in wedges
1⁄2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1⁄2 yellow or green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1⁄2 red onion, thinly sliced
red cabbage to taste, thinly sliced
1⁄4 to 1⁄2 jar well drained & rinsed sliced pickled beets
Crumbled feta cheese
Pitted black olives
Hot Rod Bob’s Greek Dressing


Combine Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced mushrooms, red onions, tomatoes, red and green peppers, and red cabbage in large serving bowl. Toss with a liberal amount of chilled Hot Rod Bob’s Greek Dressing just before serving. On top of salad, add well drained and rinsed pickled beets, then add crumbled feta cheese, and add black olives. Serves 4.



Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce
1 package flavored croutons
Liberal amount grated Parmesan cheese
Anchovies, optional
Hot Rod Bob’s Classic Caesar Dressing


Romaine lettuce – chilled, dry and crisp; sprinkled generously with Parmesan cheese; add liberal amount of chilled dressing. Toss until every leaf is coated. Add croutons. Garnish with rolled anchovies if desired.



Raspberry Summer Spinach Salad with Strawberries

1 Package Baby Spinach
1⁄4 package Sliced Mushrooms
1 cup pre-packaged shredded cabbage or Cole slaw
2 cups fresh strawberries, thinly sliced. Dried Cranberries can also be used
Crumbled feta cheese
1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
Hot Rod Bob’s Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing


Place salad ingredients in large serving bowl. Toss with Chilled Hot Rod Bob’s Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing just before serving. Serves 4.



Sweet & Sassy Spinach Salad

1 Package Baby Spinach
1⁄4 pkg. Fresh, thinly sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded carrots
1⁄2 half red onion, thinly sliced
1⁄2 cup Real bacon pieces
1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
Crumbled blue cheese
Hot Rod Bob’s – Suzie Q – Sweet & Sassy Dressing


Combine salad ingredients in large serving bowl. Toss with Chilled Hot Rod Bob’s Sweet and Sassy Dressing, add crumbled blue cheese. Serves 4.



Balsamic Italian Spinach Salad with Marinated Mushrooms

1 pkg Baby Spinach
2 cups fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
11/2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded carrots
1⁄2 cup crumbled blue or feta cheese
2 tomatoes sliced in wedges
1 cup Hot Rod Bob’s Balsamic Italian Dressing


Place mushrooms in a separate bowl. Pour Hot Rod Bob’s Balsamic Italian dressing over the mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for 1+ hours. Place spinach in a large serving bowl. Add sliced radishes, carrots, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Toss until salad is well coated. Add cheese and more dressing to taste. Serves 4.
